Share galleries & make artwork grids

Organize favorites, share a public gallery or turn selected NFTs into a downloadable grid.

Choose the right folder

Favorite folders organize NFTs from the browser. Collections hold your uploaded artwork and creator tools. Grid folders organize saved GridMaker compositions. Creating a collection or folder does not mint or transfer an NFT.

Share a gallery

  1. Open the folder’s Share controls

Review which items will be visible, then enable the public sharing link.

  2. Preview the public gallery

Open the link and check it before sharing. Anyone with the enabled link can view the public items.

Discover minted collections

The Collections page at /collections/ showcases deployed collections with minted artwork and an enabled public gallery link. Each card uses the saved mint-page banner and PFP and opens the collection’s artwork gallery. Search by name or contract, or filter by chain and collection type.

Save your banner, PFP and description with Save mint page in your collection settings. Private uploads and unpublished release drafts are not used in the showcase. Collections hidden by an administrator, or with an unlisted or closed mint page, do not appear.

Public artwork galleries use /galleries/ links. Existing /image-galleries/ links continue working and redirect to the new address. Turning off gallery sharing removes the collection from the showcase and disables its gallery link.

Filter traits and sort by rarity

Before minting, your creator collection shows saved artwork traits and a private OpenRarity preview. It remains available after deployment or an eligible ArtLab re-render while the selected contract has no known mint history on that network. The preview compares all saved artwork equally, counting each once, and updates when you save traits, add artwork or remove artwork. Once mint records are indexed, rankings use published data; ERC-1155 uses confirmed copy counts for AuroraRarity. The shared public gallery shows published traits, while draft metadata stays private and unrevealed artwork keeps its placeholder until reveal.

Read the OpenRarity and AuroraRarity formulas

  1. Choose the network

If you have deployed this collection on several networks, choose the contract’s network first. Each contract has its own minted artwork, traits and rarity ranks.

  2. Pick traits

Open Filter traits, search trait names or values and select the values you want. Two values within Color, such as Blue and Red, match either value. Selecting Color: Blue and Background: Night requires both traits. Click an artwork’s trait to filter by it.

  3. Adjust results immediately

Sorting and filters update as you choose them; there is no Apply button. Remove a selected chip or choose Clear filters to broaden the results. If nothing matches, remove a filter.

  4. Choose Rarest first

When rankings are ready, choose Rarest first under Order. Rank 1 is rarest. Filters and pages keep each artwork’s rank from the whole indexed collection; they do not create a new rank among the current results.

Choose Grid, Compact grid, List or Compact list

Use the four view icons beside Order above the artwork in the creator collection or public gallery. Hover over an icon to see its name; the selected view is highlighted. You can also move between the view options with the arrow keys. Your creator-view preference is remembered in this browser, and public gallery links preserve the selected view. Changing views keeps your sorting and trait filters.

ViewBest for
GridLarger previews when you want to focus on the artwork.
Compact gridSmaller cards to see more artwork at once.
ListScanning names, rarity ranks, traits and minted edition counts in rows.
Compact listDenser rows with preview images at one-quarter of the regular list dimensions. Names, ranks, edition counts and creator actions remain available; open the artwork for a full-size view.

Which rarity method is used?

ERC-721 collections use OpenRarity. ERC-1155 editions use AuroraRarity, Aurora’s own method combining copy-weighted traits and edition scarcity. Every copy of one artwork shares its rank. The dedicated rarity guide explains both formulas, sorting rules, examples and why ranks can change or be unavailable.

Understand OpenRarity & AuroraRarity

Show or hide several artwork items

In an ordinary artwork folder, choose Hide or Show from Select for above the grid. Select individual cards or use Select shown, then choose Hide selected or Show selected. On multiple pages, Select all available includes eligible items across the current search results.

Hidden artwork remains in your workspace. Showing it does not enable folder sharing by itself. Deployed collection galleries use automatic visibility instead, and minted or reserved artwork stays protected. For deletion and lock details, see Upload artwork & add metadata in the related guides.

Create a grid with GridMaker

GridMaker supports up to 100 saved grids in 10 grid folders. Creating a composition does not mint new NFTs or change ownership of the pictured artwork.

  1. Choose 2–9 NFTs

Select the artworks for your composition and open GridMaker.

  2. Arrange and style

Adjust artwork order, layout, canvas shape, background and borders. Use the preview to check the result.

  3. Save or download

Give the grid a name and save it to a grid folder, or download the JPEG. Use the sharing controls if you want a public link.
